I love gardening in my garden as well as in the house, and I have a telescope outside to look at the stars, but if you do not have a telescope binoculars or just looking up into the dark is fine too.



Here are Ten tips How to Start Overcoming Depression

  1. Make yourself a CHART about what aims you would like to achieve.
  2. Depression is very easy to stay in, change is very hard. BUT FULL OF ADVENTURE AND FUN SMILES 1)Find out the cause of why you are depressed 2) Remember all the good things you have done ,   3) Make yourself smile 4) Watch a good laughing film 5) Think very hard of Good thoughts. 6) Think about how much you have a achieved, and more good goals 7) look at your chart of what you want to achieve and more 8) Exercise, go for a walk, go in your garden (if you have one ) 9) Give yourself lots of hugs 10) Do relaxing things ( like cooking) (And remember being depressed stops us going forward and stops you enjoying life. Don't let it control YOU) And remember, these ideas that I wrote down, is what I do when I am feeling low. So if there is something I haven't written down , that you love dong, to help yourself, go for it. Always have a note pad to write down everything,

  4. Children love having adventure and fun, but sometimes through no fault of their own , they can not play, and learn how things work. I did not have that fun either..
  5. Depression does not just come from when you have,  been bullied , but from other but there can be a lot of different reasons why you might be depressed and  is often caused by events in your past. If  you have been abused as a child is one of the worst things because it happens to you when you are the most vulnerable and can cause a deep despair
  6. My Story She helped me, by listening to how I was feeling and maybe you can find someone who you can feel safe with and very at ease with to confined in because the abuse is a very sensitive topic and you need someone who is very understanding.

    :1) Getting dressed for work.

    2) Washing yourself.

    3) Even having breakfast.

    4)If you are just sitting in front of the television and can make you feel worthless and negative about how you are feeling because you are not doing anything else that is positive.

    There is nothing wrong with the television but there is when you do not do anything every single day.

    Depression: Support.

  1. They know that I suffer from depression and I wanted to share this with you. They all give me encouragement which you need as well. Joyce Meyer has written books on depression which I use and they would also help you.
  2. You may feel that the damage you suffered from makes you feel totally stuck and that there is nowhere to go to and no one to turn to.
  3. You might feel lost and very alone and that there is no one who understands you. Actually I do know how you feel because I have felt the same way and you are not alone.
  4. Isolation.
  5. People who have been bullied as children will be feeling isolated and very alone like you and me I know exactly how you feel as I have been there myself before.
  6. You are not alone and you can overcome your depression.  It just takes time and the first step is for you to be aware and acknowledge that you are suffering from depression.
  7. There is a page on self help for you which I use. My old therapist showed me how to start healing and I wanted to share this with you. I want to help you from your depression.
  8.  Having Faith.
  9. I found that having God and Jesus in my life.  They are always holding my hand, and being very close in my mind and soul without all their guidance I have would be feeling alone. I suggest that you use all the help offered and help yourself too.

  11. First you need to recognize that you are depressed and you feel very negative, and stuck.
  12. Then instead of having a feeling of being so anxious that you can not do things, like the washing, know that yes you can get up and put the washing up or even put the washing into the machine. Stop the anxoius controlling you, and stead make good aims and go for it.  You will feel a lot happier doing things than worrying about everything. 
  13. You need make a chart of all the things that you want to change.
  14. Past Pain Stop  Be Very Positive
  15. Staying stuck is not health and change helps us all to grow and needs to happen...but... ...very very slowly.
  16. With the wall chart that you have made put all the things that you want to change on one site of the paper and on the far end of the paper put how you are feeling:
  17. You must praise yourself each day an tell yourself how wonderful you are.
  18. This might sound childish, but the damage we have suffered we lost a lot of our child and may be all of it. So what I suggested by making happy smiles and making yourself positive will in the end help you.
  19. If you feel stuck at any time go back to what I suggest and never give up. It will work because Joyce Meyer and myself do all this.
  20. God and Jesus would like you to keep happy.
  21. Having negative thoughts is wrong, good thinking is  a lot better. To go forward  Self Help  page
  22. 1) having a diary of every day life and keep that special. Talk to God and Jesus about your day.
  23. 2) Hug your teddy
  24. 3) Also ask your partner for hugs
  25. 4)   someone you love
  26. HUGS are very important, because they are full of love and care and happiness, and they are free.
  27. Hugs from teddies can help your inner child to heal inside. 
  28. Depression is a vicious circle and if someone says that you are depressed try my ideas Joyce Meyer does
  29. I put lots of different music on, and sing along to them, and try very hard to keep focused on cooking, exercising all helps to keep your and very positive and not negative.   Depression and anxiety is a way of trying to stop you getting on with your aims and going forward, and I do a lot of talking and what is bothering me.
  30. And crying a lot and laughing a lot helps too. When I was younger I never spoke and I was very quiet.  
  31.  We have a horrid neighbour may be you do to, and we ignore them, and yes they do try and bully us.
  32. Whatever gets you down, I would use the self help section and have a wall chart to get you out of the misery that you are in.

How I overcame my food disorder


When I was younger I did not enjoy my food, instead I used to eat too much , but I did not know that is was for comfort eating, and non of family know I did become very over weight, and when Dad left, I tried to lose weight. I started to become vegetarian and then went vegan and yes I did lose a lot of weight, but too much. I looked anorexic and very thin.


I did not like the weight, that I had put on so I began to eat just veg and that was not good

I had to learn to eat again, but this time I learnt how to exercise as well, which is important to do That all helps with feeling good and happy and less moody



How I overcame being anaemic

For 2 years I looked very pale, but hut the doctors never knew why, they always thought that I was very anxious and that was it. But once the doctor wandered why looked so pale and told me to have a blood est and my blood was very low. So I had to go to hospital and have a blood transfusion and tablets They did not know why I was anaemic, so they thougth one of my tablet caused it, so we through them away. But I still looked pale, so the problem had not changed.


Then I went on a diet with the nurses guidance, but I was still hungry and very tired. My husband then suggested for a while to stop eating any food with gluten, wheat, and barley, and the transformation was amazing. I lost loads of weight, and I had to again change my diet to do without certain foods. My face had lots of red not pale looking and I was more awake than ever,it was brilliant.


Sometimes we need to do lots of changes, to grow and to heal, and that is brilliant,. Someites plants need trimming and change in where they are, to grow better. Sometimes we want to change jobs, which is not bad. Change sometimes is important for us to grow and learn new things.

When I was younger I used to have my hair cut, how my mother wanted it cut, for a special day .i am Jewish and at13you have something called your Batmizavah. 


I hated my hair cut like that. But I also long hair.  

I used to try different hair stlyes, but no I missed my nice long hair


I used to grow it very long for 2 years without cutting it, thenIuse to go to the hairdressers and have different hairstyle altogether.  After 2 months missed it long.


Fear-hair cycle change

Fear now not to cut it again. 


Change like on my chart, take my time and have little cut to  look beautiful

I look nice with it long, but I wanted all on e length that I have never had and it looks nice WINNER

I find that gardening, is so relaxing, and heals the in mind, I am trying to make my garden into a relaxing place,so that I can up to the stars.  Also winter there are no plants or flowers because it is, but I am having winter plants in my garden and still in my house.

My next door neighbour has made a beautiful garden, where lots of butterfies come and also the flowers have a lovely smell.

I do see butterflies, and bees in my garden. The plants for the garden promote butterflies at are beautifulLik
