Anxiety panic attack can start from your from being abused or from a terrible ordeal that you may have gone through even when you are older.

What to Be Aware Of.
Here are some symptoms of being anxious and having panic attacks:e.g.
1) You feel that you are always tried and exhausted.
2) You feel that you are ill with worry.
3) You then feel that there is something very wrong with you.
4) Anxiousness can start when you are a child or when you are an adult.
5) You wonder why you are always anxious in your tummy and this can cause you to have an upset tummy.
6) Worrying about taking good risks can make you feel very anxious because you are very scared of the unknown.
Getting Your Confidence Back.
If you have not built up any confidence in your life as a child then any risks you take will feel out of your control and then you start worrying unnecessary about the what ifs.Anxiety panic attack: About me to You.I never had any confidence as a child so any new thing I do I feel like you scared and very anxious. If I stop taking risks then I become depressed and that is worse.
I do worry about everything and anything and then I become irrational and realize that I can not control the unknown but enjoy what I do have.

What I am trying to say is you are not alone. If you have been abused as a child like I was then you might not know how to cope with unexpected normal day life.
Being very anxious does in the end lead you to have panic attacks.
Is there a way to get better? Yes Here are a few ideas to help you recover: e.g'
1) First you need to come to terms that you do worry and get very anxious.
2) Then you need to start taking control of whatever is making you worried and having panic attacks
3) Then you need to write what you can to to make the situation better.
4) If you can solve it leave it alone.
How I Felt to You.I get very anxious around my extended family because whatever I do it is never good enough. What I am doing is getting on with my life because I do not want to feel trapped.
When you have been through any trauma even if you have not been abused you still feel too scared to try any changes that you need to make to recover from being abused.
If you write done a cart of what is making you scared and then each day tick how you are feeling. I do still and it does help you to overcome what you are worried about.
.I recently broke my ankle and I was scared that I would not be able to walk again and do you know I was very anxious. My Doctor was at my side and gave me encouragement.

When my plaster cast was to come off, I felt very frightened because I had lost confidence in walking. What I had learn was that you can heal from any trauma with God and Jesus.
The Journey of Healing.
On the journey of healing from abuse you might be very anxious which is not always a bad thing. Staying depressed is worse because you are not going forward.
You are letting the abuser win which is not health in the long term. The more good changes you make the better you will feel in time.
I have found that every time I am anxious about what I am trying to achieve I ask God and Jesus for help and I do not feel alone because They are holding my hands and being constantly there by my side makes life feel great.
God and Jesus loves you and He wants the best for you. God and Jesus will go at your space and help you.
