Back Pain. My Story to You.

For a long time now I havech suffered from a  conic bad back.  The lower part of my back hurts for no reason apart that my dad would put his weight onto me and from hearing other people some how my lower back is not good. Also because he had throw me around and raped me at around the age of 8 onwards.  

Also he beat me up at 12 years old and has caused me to have pain down my left ear, which my mother did not know and I could not tell her of the pain, like I  could not tell her of my back.  When I yawn I must be careful not to open my mouth too much or clean my ear too much because the pain comes back.I also got hit a lot when I was younger. And later on in life after an exray I  found out that I  had a broken jaw, so know I wer a knight guard

Back Pain recovery. What might help you is which is helping me is telling God and Jesus and writing down everything you eat and doing exercise.

Sometimes back pain abuse can come from being abused as a child somehow you might have pain in your back because of the abuse. 

I was also over weight so having pain and being over weight does not help.

After Dad left I was put into a race which I thought I could do but my legs went lemony like I could not feel them.  For some reason I used to exercise a lot and go swimming after I had been to the gym.

When you are in a lot of pain in your body, from a fall or an injury to you back it can make you feel miserable and may be depressed because you are unable to do the normal everyday things. 

I have suffered from feeling frustrated my back and having pain killers that stop me from going to the toilet that does not help even though it helps with the pain at the time.

When I was  because fed up that I could not exercise which I love, so  I seemed to eat a lot to compensate for the pain in my back which then causes me to put on more weight.  Know I have joined weight watchers and they have a diet which tells me to over eat fruit and vegetables and soups.

I did try the diet, but I was enimic and I had to have a blood transfusion and tablets to help and then the weight just dropped off. i had to change my whole diet to none wheat and gluten and no milk products.  So eating pleanty of fruit, veg and eating the right food help my weight to disappear, plus exercise.

Plan of action

I have just started a plan 

Swimming if I can everyday 

Indoor Cycling  every day 

Careful what I eat

and write a diary of how I  feeling.

hopefully I will be able to run and walk and everything that others take for granteed
