How To Recover from This Wound.

There are three types of child abuse:

mental abuse

sexual abuse

physical abuse

Explaining the differences between the three.

Manic Depression is one form of depression which needs help from the doctor.

Physical Depression is where something in your body is hurting and that causes depression. And sometimes you might need different tablets to help with that kind of pain. And exercise 

The one I am talking about is Mental Depression which you can help yourself and might need a therapist or someone to listen you. You might need support also from a doctor. All this comes from being abused, whether it is physical, or mental abuse or sexual abuse.

...Like a cut, which never seems to heal. A very very deep wound, which needs to take a long time and a lot of patience to heal. And it is curable.

Depression self help.

First you need to recognize that you are depressed and you feel very negative, and stuck.

Then instead of having a feeling of being so anxious that you can not do things, like the washing, know that yes you can get up and put the washing up or even put the washing into the machine. Stop the anxoius controllin gyou, and stead make good aims and go for it.  You will feel a lot happier doing things than worrying about everything. 

You need make a chart of all the things that you want to change.

Past Pain Stop  Be Very Positive

Staying stuck is not health and change helps us all to grow and needs to happen...but... ...very very slowly.

With the wall chart that you have made put all the things that you want to change on one site of the paper and on the far end of the paper put how you are feeling:

You must praise yourself each day an tell yourself how wonderful you are.

This might sound childish, but the abuse we have suffered we lost a lot of our child and may be all of it. So what I suggested by making happy smiles and making yourself positive will in the end help you.

If you feel stuck at any time go back to what I suggest and never give up. It will work because Joyce Meyer and myself do all this.

God and Jesus would like you to keep happy.

Having negative thoughts is wrong, good thinking is  a lot better. To go forward

HUGS are very important, because they are full of love and care and happiness, and they are free.

I put lots of different music on, and sing along to them, and try very hard to keep focused on cooking, exercising all helps to keep your ind very positive and not negative.  Depression and anxiety is a way of trying to stop you getting on with your aims and going forward, and I do a lot of talking and what is bothering me. And crying a lot and laughing a lot helps too. When I was younger I never spoke and I was very quiet.  


 We have a horrid neighbour may be you do to, and we ignore them, and yes they do try and bully us.
