BEING AND THINKING POSITIVE AND LAUGH
Being abused as a child can cause you to become anxious and because you find change very difficult you become depressed because can cause use it is easier to stay in that safe place.
You must try not to let the Anxiety and depression control you and YOU must stay VERY POSITIVE think positive that is what I am doing.
If you have been abused as a child you might be suffering from anxiety depression.

Anxiety and depression:
My depression or Anxiety started when I was a child.
When you have been abused you lose:
1) Your childhood which has been taken away from you.
2) Your self esteem is not there.
3) You feel that you do not like yourself as a result of the abuse.
4) You confidence is zero.
5) You feel that no one understands you.
With all this you might be feeling very depressed and no way out. You can not see any light or a way to recover and you think that this life will be always like this.
I felt like this for years but I wanted to recover and I never knew how until I saw Joyce Meyer who has been abused and she felt all of the above.
Depression is easier to stay where you feel very safe and secure but it is not health to be like this and you are letting the abuser win even if you do not know this.
Coming out of Depression.
When you make changes whether they are small or large you might become very anxious and very scared and that is all normal after the abuse that you suffered from as a child.
I get very anxious every time I make any change but I know deep done that it is better than being stuck.

I suggest to you that you make charts of how you are feeling each day and praise yourself when you take small or big steps. I do this and it does help. If on a day you are not feeling up to it do not worry. Be in control and go at a space you like.
God and Jesus are also holding on to you and They love you very much.
