Anorexia eating disorder is where you do not like the way you look. And every food you eat you might throw it up to get rid of what you have just eaten.

If you are always feeling fat, you might be feeling that you have to be very careful about what you are eating. But with anorexia you do not see what you really look like.

I had anorexia for years and I was constantly weighting myself on the scales to see if I had put on a pound or more and if I had I would eat less.

 I was only eating vegetables because they had no calories so I felt safe eating them.  I did not look very healthy when I tried a swim suit on.

My grandma was always telling me how fat I looked as a child. 

If you weight yourself and your weight in within normal ranges that is great. If you are over weight then diet healthy not like I did by only eating vegetables because that is not healthy.  Have a good health diet and exercise, drink plenty of water.  This way you are loving yourself and that is better than destroying yourself. 

Being Abused.

Being abused as a child might make you not like your body because it was taken over by the person who abused you. 


When he left I took control over my body and it was not healthy but I had to take control. When you have no control over your body and then the abuse stops food might be one thing that you can control.

Media and Bullying.Media on the television can also cause a child to want to survive him or herself so that they can look like the same person that they might have seen on the television.

Bullying at school might cause a child to want to slim and slim so that they are not by the person bullying them at school.

Every morning I suggest to you that you look into a mirror if you can and tell yourself how beautiful you are because God also loves you dearly.

He does not like seeing you hurt yourself and He really wants to help you like I do.

It is very important to eat healthy and make food that you like and take each day at a time. Make a list of hat you need to eat and take little bits. Also throw away the scales because scales do not help you when you do not see how you really look.
