I have found that changing nearly all my wardrobe when I can to bright colours helps my mind to keep being positive.
Like im trying to change my garden to beautiful colours including in the winter.
It doesn't have to be expensive. Taking cutting off your plants to make new plants less expensive.
Also I find painting my nails bright colours on all my nails different colours.
My hair has to be blonde with multicoloured too.
So whether im grieving, anxious depressed this to me helps moods. Including all my tattoos have to be colourful
My house i would love to change all thr colours, to pastel colours and my sbed colours. To me this helps to keep me positive, when all around me like to continuous virus covid is never going to vqnish at thd moment.
At LAST Christmas and throughout thd summers 2 grandma and grandads garden stayed beautiful and like magic helped me to forget the world's troubles and always kept colourful.
And even though grieving sinuses this colours has helped me alot.
