I dont know about you, but at times I have very bad migraines,  but I've discovered that there are some things you me I have to change,  my diet my thinking and my hobbies.  It is not easy to do.  Also with mh son at university not being happy that worries me.  But there isn't actually anything wrong hes doing really well.  

And losing animals when you are unable to get to s vets through the covid is hard.   We lost a cat because  a driver couldn't see the cat.   So that is hard too.Alll this stress me out.  So there are so many different readon reason meaning too much to worry,  To me i find thinking positively very hard.   

If you keep thinkg negatively you will get better snd like me become for auxious.  I hsve found that I have had to change the way I think and do things.  Like Joyce Meyer showed me, i make myself smile every day and i try to laugh every day.  I do not understand jokes or sense of humor.  But what I do is think in a jokery way how fat i am and that helps me to have a good layugh.

I am thinking of writing a book somehow.
